Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager of Finance & Accounts CA, located in Gurgaon.

- The role involves overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and accounting operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

- The Manager will be responsible for maintaining financial records, analyzing data, supporting CFO for Month close and Compliance Management of India and Parent Entity .

- Revenue and sales management through financial insights, managing client accounts for AR , and leading finance team to meet organizational objectives.

- Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be a key part of this role.

Qualifications:

- Strong expertise in Finance and Account Management.

- Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Ind AS, Consolidation, cross border Accounting and Compliances including GST and Income tax.

- Proven experience in Team Management to lead and develop a high-performing team.

- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is required.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in the IT Product company SAAS industry is a plus.

- Minimum 8+ years of Experience.

- Legal/Compliance and Audit Management of India and Singapore (parent Entity ).

- Strong hold on Tally and ZOHO Books.

- Excellent Microsoft Excel and Business Communication skills.
