Job Description: Head of GTM, 1DigitalStack (15-20 yrs)


Location: Mumbai



Experience: 8+ years in the ecommerce/ consumer industry mandatory

Compensation: Fixed + Revenue linked Variable

Role Description:

We are looking at a leader to partner with us during our 10 to 100 journey (quite literally as we imagine our journey from $10mm ARR towards $100 mm).

This role based out of Mumbai will oversee GTM in India, MENA, SEA markets and will head the Mumbai office for 1DS. Very clear responsibilities are following:

- End-to-end revenue ownership for the aforementioned regions in the priority order of India, MENA and SEA

- Strategic relationship development with key industry players and decision-makers

- Pipeline and GTM strategy creation, continuous optimization of the sales playbook.

- Oversight of client delivery and relationships esp in Mumbai, Bangalore markets (given 1DS HQ is in Gurgaon)

- Participation in key industry events to represent 1DS

Ideal Experience and Mindset:

- Industry insider with 8+ years of experience working with consumer brands/ ecommerce side

- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with intent and confidence to take on a revenue leadership role

- High community building inclination in the past

- Understanding of ecommerce media/ performance marketing a bonus
