Role Overview : We are seeking a high-impact Senior Product Manager to lead our Growth initiatives at the intersection of FinTech and Generative AI. In this role, you will be the bridge between complex LLM capabilities and user-centric financial solutions, driving the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to large-scale adoption. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, and marketing leads, to translate technical breakthroughs into intuitive financial tools. Your work will directly influence our user acquisition, retention, and lifetime value metrics, positioning our platform as a market leader in the rapidly evolving AI-driven financial landscape in Gurugram. Key Responsibilities : - Define and execute the growth strategy for our LLM-powered financial products to drive user acquisition and platform engagement. - Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to optimize model performance and feature sets based on real-time user feedback and behavioral data. - Design and implement rigorous A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses and scale high-performing growth experiments. - Translate complex financial data and AI outputs into seamless, high-conversion user experiences that simplify financial decision-making. - Partner with marketing and sales leadership to align product roadmaps with broader business objectives and market expansion goals. - Monitor industry trends in Generative AI to identify new opportunities for product differentiation and competitive advantage. Required Skillset : - Demonstrated ability to manage complex product roadmaps in a fast-paced environment, with 6 to 10 years of experience in product management. - Proven track record of leveraging data analytics and growth marketing principles to drive measurable improvements in user retention and conversion. - Strong technical fluency in LLMs and Generative AI, with the ability to communicate technical constraints and possibilities to non-technical stakeholders. - Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a history of leading cross-functional teams through influence rather than direct authority. - Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Gurugram, fostering collaboration and rapid iteration within the office. - A degree from a top-tier institute is preferred, reflecting a strong analytical foundation and a structured approach to problem-solving.
