Job Description:
We are looking for a Digital Commerce Functional Expert to support merchandising solutions within the global "Own the Store" program. This role focuses on enabling and optimizing TRAX, an AI-powered image recognition platform that provides real-time visibility into in-store execution, shelf compliance, and product availability.
You will work closely with merchandising, trade marketing, and technical teams to ensure successful product delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Merchandising Solutions - Functional Expert
- Manage and refine the TRAX product backlog, translating business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Support end-to-end product lifecycle including requirement gathering, development readiness, and delivery validation.
- Track delivery progress, identify risks, and support issue resolution.
2. Own the Store Program Support
- Assist in rollout and enhancement of merchandising solutions (TRAX) across global markets.
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Merchandising teams to understand in-store workflows and translate them into product improvements.
- Drive adoption by enabling field teams to monitor and act on shelf execution insights (planogram compliance, OSA, share of shelf).
- Support configuration and localization of models for regional requirements.
- Participate in UAT cycles and ensure business sign-off on releases.
3. Integrations & Data
- Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with CRM, field tools, and BI platforms.
- Define and track KPIs such as OSA, planogram compliance, share of shelf, and perfect store metrics.
- Monitor data quality, image capture accuracy, and model performance.
4. Vendor & Support Coordination
- Act as a key contact for TRAX vendor coordination, managing support tickets and SLAs.
- Escalate issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or Business
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Digital Product role
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe)
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence
Preferred Skills :
- Basic understanding of Image Recognition / Computer Vision tools (e.g., TRAX)
- Exposure to FMCG/FMCH industry or retail execution processes
- Knowledge of data analytics, KPIs, and reporting tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
