Role : Business Analyst to support Reporting for Enterprise Org Structure Modelling & Benchmarking

Functional Skills :

- Master's degree in Business, Enterprise functions, Inter-department handshakes etc.

- 5+ years of experience in relevant Business Analyst role.

- Excellent consulting grade Report Writing, Storylining & Storytelling abilities

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Excellent collaboration Skills

- Understanding of Enterprise Org Structure and Value Stream functions

- Quantitative & Qualitative Data Analysis for org effectiveness and comparison

Responsibilities :

- Consolidate and validate inputs from functional consultant (FC) and domain consultant (DC) on current state and target state organization structures.

- Support FC and DC for Analyzing enterprise organization structure and benchmarks (spans, layers, role mix, governance, cost ratios) against industry and peer standards.

- Support FC and DC to Develop org structure and operating model views, including structural options, design principles, and benchmarking insights.

- Synthesize analysis into clear, hypothesis driven insights and translate them into actionable recommendations for clients.

- Produce consulting grade deliverables, including executive summaries, structured narratives, and benchmark backed visuals suitable for leadership decision making.
