Manager/Senior Manager - Strategy

This role offers to shape the strategic direction of the organization. As a Manager/Senior Manager - Strategy, you will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, conducting in-depth market analysis, and providing data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful execution of strategic plans. Your insights will directly impact our growth trajectory, market positioning, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive industry and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats, informing strategic decision-making.

- Develop and evaluate strategic options, including market entry strategies, new product development, and M&A opportunities, to drive revenue growth and profitability.

- Lead due diligence efforts for potential acquisitions, partnerships, and investments, providing financial and strategic assessments.

- Create and present compelling presentations and reports to senior management and the board of directors, communicating strategic recommendations and progress updates.

- Manage and facilitate strategic planning processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, fostering collaboration and driving consensus on strategic initiatives.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to conduct rigorous financial analysis, including valuation, financial modeling, and ROI analysis.

- Proven expertise in developing and implementing corporate strategies, with a focus on driving growth and profitability.

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

- Deep understanding of business principles and financial concepts.

- Experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking is highly preferred.

- B.tech (Full time)

- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) full time or a related field from a Tier 1 institute.
