
- 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, MarTech, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, with substantial consulting and client-facing experience.
- Deep expertise in cross-channel lifecycle marketing and personalization, spanning onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation, and loyalty programs.
- Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing enterprise marketing platforms, including Braze, Adobe Experience Cloud (AEP, Journey Optimizer, Campaign), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar automation and journey orchestration tools
- Hands-on familiarity with REST APIs, Connected Content, Liquid scripting, or similar platform integration tools to support advanced marketing automation and personalization.
- Exposure to predictive analytics, recommendation engines, or AI-driven marketing applications that enhance customer engagement and lifecycle outcomes.
- Design and implement orchestrated, cross-channel customer journeys that deliver individualized experiences across owned and paid channels using behavioral, transactional, and real-time data.
- Lead the creation of lifecycle programs that personalize onboarding, deepen engagement, reduce churn, and drive reactivation and loyalty
