Job Title: Data Analyst (Banking Domain)

Location: Bangalore / Chennai

Experience: 6-12 Years

CTC: 30-35 LPA

Work Model: 5 Days Work from Office

Shift Timings: 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM (Drop facility available)

Role Overview:

- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data processing, analytics, and visualization, along with experience in the banking or financial services domain.

- The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.

Key Skills (Mandatory):

- Azure Databricks (ADB)

- Alteryx

- Tableau / Power BI

- SQL

- Banking / Financial Services Domain Experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze large and complex datasets to generate business insights

- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI / Tableau

- Build and automate workflows using Alteryx

- Work with Azure Databricks for data processing and analytics

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements

- Support data-driven decision-making across functions

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6-12 years of experience in Data Analytics

- Experience in retail banking, financial services, or risk management domains

- Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks for data processing and analytics

- Proficiency in Alteryx Designer for ETL and workflow automation

- Strong SQL skills; SAS knowledge is an added advantage

- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to handle complex datasets and deliver actionable insights

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
