Vice President - Settlements Project Manager - International Change

This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale transformation programs across asset classes, focusing on target operating model design, technology delivery, and settlements process transformation.

Role: Vice President - International Change (Settlements PM)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver complex change initiatives across the settlements lifecycle

- Manage Business Analysis across Trade Settlements flows covering multiple asset classes

- Define Target State Operating Model and settlement process design

- Own end-to-end project delivery - requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment

- Develop high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and obtain approvals

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology, Operations, and Business stakeholders

Ideal Candidate:

- Strong Investment Banking / Capital Markets settlements knowledge

- Proven Project Management experience in transformation or change programs

- Experience working across multi-asset trade settlement flows

- Strong stakeholder management and delivery ownership

- Experience managing end-to-end change from design to implementation
