We are hiring on behalf of our client for a Senior Category Manager role. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, enhancing partner performance, and scaling category growth across multiple cities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage partner lifecycle including onboarding, training, and continuous quality improvement
- Lead strategic initiatives focused on service innovation and category expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute large-scale business projects
- Own and track key business metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
- Enhance customer experience through data-driven decision-making and process improvements
Eligibility Criteria
- 2-4 years of experience in Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or Program Management roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to execution
- Proven experience in driving projects or business initiatives end-to-end
- Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Postgraduate (MBA or equivalent) preferred
