Your work will involve:
Being the CEO's co-pilot - help set priorities, prep for big investor meetings, and make sure the company's eyes are on the right goals.
Owning the big customer success projects - if it's high-stakes, cross-functional, and "someone has to make sure this actually gets done," it's yours.
- Being in two places at once - join key meetings (sometimes in the CEO's seat), capture insights, and drive follow-through.
Special ops - take on surprise missions like exploring new markets, structuring partnerships, or helping design the org of the future.
Building the playbook, not just following it - connect with founders, operators, and leaders in other startups, borrow their best ideas, and bring back fresh processes and frameworks to make us sharper.
QUALIFICATIONS
Background - Customer Success consulting, strategy, ops, or high-growth startup experience is great, but we care more about impact and adaptability than titles.
Preferred: Ex-MBB consulting and/or founder experience and/or Founder's office at a very fast-growing startup
Strategic brain + operator's hustle - you can switch between big-picture thinking and getting into the weeds without breaking a sweat.
Preferred: Built and sky-rocketed GTM sales + customer success functions
Data-driven instincts - you love dashboards, KPIs, and making decisions backed by numbers.
Power communicator - whether it's a board deck, an investor pitch, or a Slack update, you know how to get the message across.
Multi-tasking ninja - juggling priorities, projects, and stakeholders is your natural state.
People whisperer - you can build trust quickly with leadership, teammates, and external partners.
Startup-ready - you're comfortable with ambiguity, wear multiple hats, and thrive when things are moving fast.
