About the Role:

We are looking for a high-impact Strategic Business Analyst to work directly with the Founder's Office, driving key business priorities across strategy, operations, and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex business problems, and wants to create tangible impact in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Initiatives & Founder's Office Support:

- Work closely with leadership to drive high-priority strategic projects across business verticals

- Translate business vision into actionable execution roadmaps

- Conduct deep-dive analyses to support decision-making

Business Performance & Analytics:

- Build and manage real-time dashboards & MIS reports for leadership visibility

- Track KPIs, project TAT, operational efficiency, and financial metrics

- Perform data-driven analysis to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities

Process Optimization & Operations Excellence:

- Identify bottlenecks and lead process improvement & business transformation initiatives

- Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, procurement, finance, and project teams

- Implement best practices in inventory, supply chain, and project execution

Growth & Business Expansion:

- Support business development initiatives, including market research and opportunity assessment

- Assist in go-to-market strategies for new projects and geographies

- Work on cost optimization and revenue enhancement strategies

Special Projects:

- Lead/assist in high-impact, time-sensitive projects directly driven by leadership

- Prepare executive presentations, reports, and insights for internal and external stakeholders

Candidate Profile:

Education:

- MBA from Tier-1 / Tier-2 institutes (IIMs, ISB, FMS, etc.) preferred

- Engineering background is a plus

Experience:

2-6 years of experience in:

- Consulting (PwC, Deloitte, EY, etc.)

- Founder's Office / CEO's Office roles

- Strategy / Business Analytics / Operations

Key Skills:

- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills

- Expertise in Excel, Power BI / Tableau, SQL (working knowledge)

- Experience in dashboarding, KPI tracking, and data storytelling

- Strong business acumen & stakeholder management

- Ability to manage ambiguity and execute independently
