We're hiring someone to work directly with the founder as a force multiplier.
This is a high-trust, high-ownership role for someone who can move across strategy, execution, operations, partnerships, hiring, and problem-solving - whatever helps the company move faster.
What you'll do:
- Work directly with the founder on key priorities
- Drive follow-ups on deals, partnerships, customer conversations, and strategic initiatives
- Research markets, customers, competitors, and new opportunities
- Turn ideas into execution plans, workflows, and systems
- Coordinate across teams to keep priorities moving without founder bottlenecks
- Own cross-functional projects across growth, product, operations, hiring, or partnerships
- Help improve team coordination, operating rhythm, and execution discipline
- Support hiring and critical internal initiatives where needed
- Spot gaps, solve problems, and take ownership without waiting for instructions
What we're looking for :
- 3+ years in startups, strategy, founder's office, business development, or similar roles
- Strong structured thinking and execution ability
- High ownership and strong follow-through
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
- Strong communication and judgment
- Able to work with technical teams and understand product/business workflows
- Comfortable using AI tools, automations, and systems to move faster
Strong positives :
- Prior founder's office / chief of staff / startup experience
- Experience with SaaS, data products, APIs, or enterprise workflows
- Experience working directly with founders or senior leadership
