
Manager - Social Media
Description:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand, business, and growth goals.
- Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.
- Identify content themes, campaigns, and formats that drive engagement and trust.
- Oversee creation of platform-specific content including posts, reels, carousels, videos, and stories.
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, video producers, and subject matter experts.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
- Write and review captions, scripts, and CTAs with strong storytelling and clarity.
- Own day-to-day handling of all social media platforms.
- Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement; ensure timely and brand-aligned responses.
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions).
- Use insights to optimize content, formats, posting schedules, and campaigns.
- Share regular performance dashboards and actionable insights with stakeholders.
- Execute launches, campaigns, and special initiatives (product, content series, events).
- Coordinate paid amplification in collaboration with performance marketing teams (if applicable).
- Identify influencer, collaboration, and partnership opportunities where relevant.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements, especially for finance-related content.
- Maintain content approvals, documentation, and platform hygiene.
Experience & Skills:
- 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts in finance domain.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into content improvements.
- Experience working with designers, video teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple timelines.
