1 Finance - Assistant Vice President - Client Management

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their financial journey from onboarding through ongoing engagement.

- Understand and articulate the full spectrum of services offered to align client needs with appropriate solutions.

- Lead the team to deliver prompt, accurate, and empathetic responses across personal finance advisory.

- Collaborate with advisors, product experts, and cross-functional teams to curate customized financial solutions for each client.

- Conduct team reviews to ensure alignment with the company's philosophy and client needs.

- Proactively engage with clients to ensure execution of personalized financial plans, including behavioral nudges and overall plan adherence.

- Review client portfolios regularly to ensure alignment with their evolving life goals and financial priorities.

- Implement a concierge-style service culture rooted in trust, reliability, and expertise.

- Track and analyze service performance metrics and client feedback to drive continuous improvements.

- Ensure all communication and activities adhere to regulatory guidelines and internal quality standards.

- Manage and mentor a team to ensure delivery excellence and career development.

- Conduct in-person client meetings to foster relationships and enhance engagement.

- Actively contribute to marketing initiatives to improve outreach and brand visibility.
