Key Responsibilities:
- Closely working with CEO on strategic planning and execution.
- Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives from ideation to implementation.
- Build and monitor company-wide OKRs and operational metrics.
- Prepare executive dashboards, business reviews, and board/investor materials.
- Coordinate leadership meetings and ensure timely follow-through on key decisions.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable processes.
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, HR, and Operations to align priorities.
- Lead special projects including new business initiatives, partnerships, expansion opportunities, and organizational improvements.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business performance reviews.
- Support fundraising, strategic partnerships, and due diligence activities as required.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Founder, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
