Program Structure
- Weeks 0 Agentic AI foundations (self-paced): LLM architecture layers, lowcode environment setup, first agent build using visual orchestration tools
- Weeks 1-7 7 live guided projects progressing from reflex agents to enterprise multi-agent systems. RAG, orchestration, conversational/multimodal agents, domain workflows, evaluation, and fine-tuning.
- Weeks 8-9 Learner-led enterprise multi-agent system with architecture diagrams, evaluation reports, and system documentation. Scheduled instructor support.
- Weeks 10-13 4 weeks: AI use case framing, architecture and workflows, data and retrieval, evals and observability, guardrails and access, cost and production operations.
Deep domain-specific technical preparation, with an additional 6 weeks for SRE professionals, an additional 5 weeks for Cloud professionals, and an additional 7 weeks for Security professionals.
