You start to practice coaching with your fellow participants. You learn, practice, experience, use feedback to measure your progress. As you complete the program, you can pursue the ICF's first level of credential, ACC "Associate Certified Coach" credential. In order to be ready for the credential application, you must accrue 100 hours of client coaching experience and clear the assessment requirements.
