PROGRAMME OVERVIEW:

The Post Graduate Certificate Programme for Emerging Chief Human Resource Officers is designed to transform senior HR professionals into strategic enterprise leaders capable of shaping organizational direction through human capital.

The CHRO role has evolved from operational stewardship to strategic partnership. Today's CHROs translate workforce insights into competitive foresight, lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, apply advanced analytics to talent decisions, navigate complex regulatory and ethical landscapes, and align talent architecture with long-term business strategy.

The programme is spread over 12 Months and will be delivered through engaging live-interactive sessions by renowned IIM Indore faculty and Industry Experts.

  • Data-Driven Insight and Analytics: Build proficiency in HR analytics, workforce modelling, predictive analytics, and evidence-based decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  • Academic Qualification: Minimum 50% marks in UG/PG from any discipline
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience

EXECUTIVE EDUCATION ALUMNI STATUS

Participants who successfully complete the programme will be eligible for the Executive Education Alumni status of IIM Indore. They will be required to apply separately along with the necessary fee to register their name.
