Programme Overview:

Like values and mission, strategies are non-negotiable cornerstones, shaping the essence and direction of an organisation. However, many businesses need help with the challenge of achieving both well-formulated and well-executed strategies. Strategic management becomes imperative in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) environment. It empowers corporate leaders to craft strategies and, more importantly, execute them effectively.
