Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Planning: - Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business goals. - Identify target audiences and create platform-specific strategies for engagement, growth, and conversion. - Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices. - Set measurable goals (KPIs) for reach, engagement, leads, and conversions across platforms. Community Management & Engagement - Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and manage brand reputation across social platforms. - Build and nurture an online community by initiating conversations, polls, and live sessions. - Collaborate with influencers, partners, and brand advocates for campaigns and co-branded initiatives. Analytics & Reporting: - Track and analyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions). - Generate monthly performance reports and derive insights to refine content and campaign strategies. - Conduct A/B testing of content formats and posting times to maximize audience impact. Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work closely with the design, SEO, and marketing teams to align social media campaigns with broader brand initiatives. - Support paid media campaigns by creating organic content that complements advertising efforts. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders for product launches, events, and announcements. Qualifications & Skills: - 3-6 years of experience in social media management, content strategy, or digital marketing. - Proven expertise in handling brand accounts on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. - Strong understanding of content marketing, social media algorithms, and SEO principles. - Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a flair for creativity. - Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and optimize strategy. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and ensuring all deliverables align with their expectations. Account Management: - Oversee the day-to-day operational activities for assigned accounts, including campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking. Communication: - Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas, updates, and reports to clients and internal teams. Project Coordination: - Work closely with cross-functional teams-creative, strategy, content, and media-to ensure timely delivery of projects and campaign assets. Content & Campaign Ideation: - Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to research, conceptualize, and develop engaging content ideas that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Problem Solving: - Address and resolve client concerns efficiently, providing timely solutions and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Detail Orientation: - Maintain high standards of accuracy, ensuring all communications and deliverables are grammatically correct, visually consistent, and strategically aligned. Qualifications & Skills: - Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. - Proven expertise in Client Servicing, with a focus on digital marketing and campaign management. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage both client and internal team relationships effectively. - Creative thinking with the ability to generate and present innovative campaign ideas. - Proficient in managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines. - We are looking for a seasoned Client Engagement Manager to join our team and lead client engagement at a strategic and operational level. - The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in client engagement/account management within a creative/marketing/advertising agency and a proven track record of managing teams and high-value client relationships. - You will act as the primary point of contact between clients and Velocitta India, translating client objectives into actionable briefs and ensuring exceptional service delivery through seamless coordination with internal departments. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the strategic partner and single point of contact for key clients, owning the overall relationship, communication, and growth. - Lead, manage, and mentor a team of client engagement executives and account managers to deliver exceptional results. - Understand client requirements, business goals, and market trends to create strong, insight-driven briefs for the creative and execution teams. - Ensure that internal teams remain aligned with client expectations through all stages of the project-concept to delivery-while meeting timelines and budget constraints. - Make informed, strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders to support long-term brand and business goals. - Supervise and ensure high-quality presentations, proposals, and pitches, while also representing the agency in client meetings with professionalism and confidence. - Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation, and troubleshooting potential issues before they escalate. - Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention by regularly reviewing account performance, campaign effectiveness, and new opportunities. - Prepare and present monthly/weekly performance reports to both internal leadership and clients. - Ensure client feedback is promptly shared with relevant teams and implemented effectively.
