Now we're looking for a Head of Marketing who can help us tell this story to the world with heart, creativity, and ambition. Someone who wants to shape culture, not just campaigns. It's about changing how India connects with nature. - Make gardening mainstream, turning it from a hobby into a lifestyle. - Build love for a brand rewriting what biophilia "green living" means. - Scale a new category while defining it along the way. How You'll Grow With Us Forget "job duties." Here's what you'll actually be doing: - Plant ideas, grow movements. From balcony jungles to green Diwalis, your campaigns will inspire people to live with plants, not just buy them. - Write our next chapter. Shape Ugaoo's voice across D2C, retail, quick commerce, gifting, landscaping, etc. Wherever people meet nature, they'll meet Ugaoo. - Create a content hive. Build and lead an in-house creative team that's bold, fast, and true to our voice. - Lead campaigns end-to-end. From planning and creative concepts to execution, you'll bring ideas alive across digital, social, retail, and influencer channels. And when needed, you'll partner up with external partners and agencies to amplify the impact. - Be our megaphone. PR, media, partnerships - when India talks gardening, it should talk Ugaoo. - Balance soil and science. Scale performance on Google, Meta, marketplaces, and quick commerce. Numbers matter - but so does authenticity. - Lead with heart. Mentor a team, nurture ideas, and collaborate across sales, ops, product, and customer delight. What You're Made Of We don't believe in 20-point checklists. But here's what helps: - 5-8 years in consumer/D2C marketing, with balance between performance and brand love. - Hands-on with campaigns, content, influencers, PR. - You've built and grown teams before. - Taking campaigns from idea to launch, and working with agencies to make them bigger. - Data makes sense to you, but you never forget the human behind it. - You know how to tell stories that stick. - And most importantly - you actually care about green living, sustainability, and plants.
