Why You'll Love This Role: - As a Payments Operations Analyst at StockX, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our end-to-end payments processes across StockX. - You'll work at the intersection of finance, fraud, and customer experience to monitor and resolve issues related to payment processing, reconciliation, and chargebacks. - You're detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to dive deep into data and processes to uncover root causes, identify trends, and drive improvements. - This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the trust customers place in our platform by ensuring seamless, secure, and accurate payment experiences. What You'll Do: - Monitor and support daily payment operations across multiple providers and geographies, including payment processing, settlement, chargebacks and refunds. - Investigate payment failures, delays, and discrepancies across systems; partner with engineering, finance, and customer support to resolve them quickly and accurately. - Track and analyze key payment metrics, such as authorization rates, chargeback volumes, refund rates, and payment success by method or geography. - Act as a key liaison between internal teams (Fraud, Customer Support, Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Engineering) and external payment vendors, ensuring alignment on issue resolution, payment performance, and process improvements. - Respond to escalations and incidents involving payments; document root causes and propose scalable fixes. - Partner cross-functionally with product, legal, compliance, engineering, and finance teams to implement operational improvements and ensure accurate financial flows. - Drive continuous process improvement by analyzing existing payment workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance. - Propose and implement scalable solutions that streamline processes and improve execution across teams. - Support payment cost optimization efforts by tracking processing fees, identifying costly payment methods or routing decisions, and partnering with product and finance teams to reduce transaction costs without impacting customer experience. About You: - 2-4+ years of experience in payments operations, financial operations, treasury, or risk within an e-commerce, marketplace, or fintech company. -Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset; you're comfortable digging into data and resolving operational edge cases. - Solid understanding of payment methods ( cards, digital wallets, bank transfers) and processing flows (auth, capture, refund, settlement). - Experience working with payment service providers like Adyen, Braintree, Stripe, or PayPal. - Proficient in Excel/Sheets and familiar with SQL or BI tools ( Looker, Tableau). - Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate cross-functionally and clearly document findings and solutions. - Prior experience working on, payment operations in US and EU markets, with an understanding of region-specific regulations, schemes, and payment trends.

We are seeking a Product Manager to make StockX the top global destination to sell in-demand current culture products. You will be responsible for delivering great experiences for our sellers that support both the growth of StockX and the integrity of the marketplace, ensuring a high-quality experience for all users. Responsibilities: - Assess and prioritize needs and use cases from internal stakeholders, external partners, and sellers on the marketplace. - Work with stakeholders in global compliance and marketplace integrity, product design, and other user experience functions. - Translate into detailed requirements that include both back-end business logic and front-end experience, to support a strategic roadmap that aligns with company goals. - Embed directly in an agile team of developers, and execute to deliver capabilities and high-quality user experiences in our selling tools. - Make smart product decisions by balancing business needs with technical constraints, using data-driven analysis and sound judgment. - Identify opportunities for go-to-market plans, user testing and outreach, adoption, and optimization. - Implement processes for end-to-end user experience, from onboarding to ongoing support. - Lead with data and structure regular reporting to monitor key performance indicators and measure success. Requirements: - 3-5 years of Product Management experience. - Strong technical and business writing/communication skills with the ability to convey complex information. - Interpersonal skills to form strong relationships ranging from internal business stakeholders, developers, external partners, and individual users. - Marketplace or ecommerce experience. - Appetite for a fast-paced, changing work environment. Job Description : Function: Human Resources - HR Generalist We are a global team consisting of both Payroll and PX Professionals. You will work closely with our PX Operations and PX Partner teams, our Finance and Accounting teams, and our external payroll providers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The Payroll Analyst plays a key role in the company, ensuring our team members are paid accurately and on-time. Responsibilities: - Process payroll from multiple countries from end to end with support from the PX team and our global payroll provider. - Prioritize payroll processing according to the approved payroll calendars and deadlines to ensure compliance. - Audit gross to net to payroll inputs, research, and correct discrepancies, and partner with stakeholders to ensure accuracy in calculations and compliance. - Work on payroll problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Requirements: - You have 5+ years' experience processing global payroll for multiple countries in EMEA and APAC. - You are Fluent in English, both written and spoken, and you have strong oral and written communication skills, and your Excel skills are advanced. - You have strong organizational and time management skills, integrity, and a desire to do what's right. - You must be organized, analytical, and detail-oriented. - You have experience managing vendors and working with multiple stakeholders. Nice to have skills: ADP Celergo and Workday experience is a plus
