The Role: We are currently seeking an Architect to join our OneStream practice in Bangalore, Jaipur, or Pune. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of OneStream solutions, build strong client relationships, and provide strategic oversight to project teams. You have: - 8+ years of experience in FP&A projects, with a strong focus on OneStream or Oracle Hyperion PBCS/EPBCS implementations. - Experience as a Solution Architect on at least 3 full lifecycle OneStream or Oracle Hyperion projects. - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. - Strong business acumen and deep functional knowledge of EPM/CPM applications.

Qualifications - Master's/Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. - Minimum of 3 years in a Sales Operations role and relevant work experience. - Adept with technology and able to learn systems quickly. - Basic functional understanding of Salesforce CRM and experience with creating reports and dashboards. - Good understanding of sales process, including lead and funnel management, with the ability to support and optimize sales operations. - Proficient in Microsofts O365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications. - Highly analytical and detail-oriented. - Strong communication skills (written and verbal). - Ability to communicate sales metrics and insights in a concise, actionable manner. - Self-motivated, flexible, with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities. - Proven ability to follow through / follow up to resolve issues. - Ability to work independently with moderate supervision. - Must also be willing to be a team player and coordinate with other areas of the business as needed.
