Manager - Finance & Accounts Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance & Accounts Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. The ideal candidate will ensure timely processing of payments and collections, maintain accurate financial records, and support the financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable (AP): - Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments. - Maintain records of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, and statements. - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. - Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for invoice approvals. - Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. Accounts Receivable (AR): - Generate and send invoices to clients/borrowers. - Monitor incoming payments and follow up on overdue accounts. - Maintain accurate records of receivables and collections. - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing issues. - Prepare aging reports and assist in credit risk analysis. General Finance Support: - Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. - Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. - Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records. - Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting as needed. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance./ CA/ICWA - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems). - Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
