Were looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can translate complex cybersecurity and risk products into clear, compelling stories that drive adoption, sales, and analyst recognition. What youll do: - Own positioning and messaging for SAFEs products (CRQ, TPRM, CTEM, SAFE ONE). - Build sales and analyst-ready content: datasheets, decks, ROI tools, solution briefs. - Partner with product, sales, and customer teams to launch new features and drive adoption. - Lead analyst relations inputs (Gartner, Forrester) and shape SAFEs category narrative. - Drive customer evidence: case studies, peer reviews, ROI stories. What were looking for: - 4- 7 years in product marketing (cybersecurity, TPRM, GRC, or Cyber risk experience preferred). - Strong storyteller with a knack for simplifying technical concepts. - Experience influencing analyst relations and sales enablement. - Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment. - Outcome-driven: you measure impact by pipeline, adoption, and recognition. Core Responsibilities - Build a world-class scalable SaaS-based product in the area of Cyber Risk Quantification to help organizations protect themselves better from potential breaches. - Understand and analyze user needs and market trends in cyber security leverage them to define a roadmap for existing and new products. - Ideate new and enhanced features on the platform to improve overall product performance and usability. - Identify business opportunities, build business cases, Interact at all levels of the organization to drive executive buy-in and execution. - Collaborate with the Product Design team, Scrum teams, and other stakeholders to establish timelines, workflows, benchmarks, goals, and detailed requirements. - Own and manage the entire product life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical decision-making. - Built a Multi-Tenant and Cloud native architecture that can scale. - Identify the right non functional requirements of the product and evangelize the same across the development community. - Identify and translate customer requirements into actionable design ideas and development needs for the engineering team to implement and enhance the platform. - Ideate new and enhanced features on the platform to improve overall product performance and usability. - Identify business opportunities, build business cases, Interact at all levels of the organization to drive executive buy-in and execution. - Collaborate with the Product Design team, Scrum teams, and other stakeholders to establish timelines, workflows, benchmarks, goals, and detailed requirements. - Own and manage the entire product life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical decision-making. - Prioritize features and tasks for the product using internal tools, tracking and reviewing the product direction and current work frequently. - Articulate and evangelize product vision and roadmap across internal teams (design, engineering, business development) and external stakeholders (end users, customers) to enable collaboration and drive adoption. - Define and communicate your products vision, execution, and goals, and own the results. - Identify immediate and/or upcoming user and internal stakeholder needs, then work with the team to develop a product plan that addresses them. - Strategically evolve and grow the existing product to constantly deliver a better user experience. Essential Skills/ Qualification/ Experience - Masters or Bachelors in Computer Science or Information Technology from a reputed institute. - 5+ years of product management experience in tech product startups / digital products or e-commerce; overall experience of 10+ years. - Strong understanding of the technical communication system, especially that of a distributed architecture. - Strong in observability, monitoring, performance, scalability, and resilience. - Proven experience in building and launching tech products from the ground up. - Proficient at writing requirements documents and articulating how the requirements lead to product or feature development. - Solid experience in working closely with the engineering team using Agile and SCRUM methodologies. - Good understanding of user experience with designing user interfaces via wireframe mockups. - Prior experience in a startup / fast-paced environment is a plus. - Customer focussed with a deep understanding of user life cycle and requirements. - A broad understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including knowledge of cybersecurity technology trends and industrial best practices, is a plus.
