Were stepping into a big year at JustCall AI with a clear, ambitious roadmap already in place and were looking for an AI-native Product Manager with strong fundamentals to help us execute it. Youll play a core role in scaling our AI products across the JustCall AI and AI Pod charter, turning roadmap bets into real, high-impact experiences for customers across the globe. If youve worked on mature AI platforms, shipped scalable B2B products, and love solving real customer problems end-to-end, this is where youll feel at home. What Well Count on You: - Own product strategy and roadmap for the AI Conversation Intelligence & Voice Agent stack. - Build an outcome-driven roadmap balancing customer value, impact, and technical feasibility. - Track AI/CCaaS trends and competitors to shape differentiation and product direction. - Drive a clear product vision that aligns engineering, design, and GTM teams. - Deep-dive into sales, support, and RevOps workflows to uncover high-value AI opportunities. - Translate ambiguous needs into clear problem statements, use cases, and JTBD. - Write sharp PRDs, prioritize effectively, and ship with engineering and design. - Validate ideas through prototypes, rapid experimentation, and A/B tests. - Design scalable AI capabilities with the right trade-offs on latency, accuracy, UX, and cost. - Lead cross-functional execution across Design, Marketing, Sales, and CS for successful launches. - Define and track metrics, run reviews, iterate quickly, and double down on what drives adoption. Preferred: - Familiarity with Jira, Figma, Mixpanel/Amplitude, and vibe coding tools. - Experience conducting user research and translating insights into product direction. - Understanding of enterprise B2B sales and customer success workflow.

SaaS Labs - Product Manager 

About the role: The mission of the Revenue Analytics Lead is to serve as the analytical engine powering revenue growth. This role will own the tracking and optimization of our marketing and sales funnel - consolidating data across PLG and SLG motions to provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights. As we scale from to $50M ARR and beyond, a clear understanding of funnel dynamics is critical to ensure alignment between GTM teams and strategic investments. This role will work closely with RevOps, Marketing, Sales, and Product to stitch together a unified revenue story across multiple platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Product Analytics). You will be the go- to expert for executive dashboards, conversion analysis and improvement, forecasting & pacing, and benchmarking, helping to identify bottlenecks and opportunities throughout the funnel. What you'll do: - Own and maintain revenue dashboards with full- funnel visibility - Define and track KPIs across MQL, SAL, SQL, S1, S2, and Closed Won - Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Growth to drive funnel conversion insights - Forecast and pace toward monthly and quarterly targets - Identify gaps, drop- offs, and inefficiencies across the GTM funnel - Lead ad hoc analyses to support board- level and strategic presentations - Design and implement reporting processes that scale with business complexity - Collaborate with Data, Product, and GTM to unify data sources and storytelling Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus) Experience: 1- 3 years experience in front- end Consulting or Investment Banking or Strategy role at tech startups; Revenue Operations experience not mandatory Background: Proven experience in critical thinking, delivering data driven insights, owning end- to- end execution of programs, cross- functional coordination Skills: Strong analytical, mathematical and critical thinking skills Advanced Excel Strong communication skills, business judgment, and presentation abilities Benefits/Perks: Opportunity to work and collaborate with a global team spread across 6 countries.
