Role: Business Development. Experience: 4 to 6 years. Shift Timing: UK/US Shift Timings. Job Location: Ahmeabad, Gujarat(Work from Office). We're looking for a proactive and results-driven professional with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. You should be organized, persistent, and comfortable managing multiple leads in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. What you'll Do?. - Identify, research, and generate new business leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events. - Qualify and nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and tailored communication to move prospects through the sales funnel. - Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies and messaging. - Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and prospect information. - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends relevant to custom software services. - Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and senior sales or technical teams. - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients when required. What Are We Looking for?. - Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales, preferably in the IT or custom software services sector. - Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused attitude. - Proven ability to generate and nurture leads, managing multiple prospects effectively. - Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant certifications in sales or business development are a plus.
