Junior Executive

Location: Chennai Job description: Are you ready to take ownership of driving growth across leading marketplaces and digital channels? We are looking for an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager who can spearhead our presence across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Zepto, BigBasket, and more. This is a high-impact role for a performance-driven professional who can seamlessly blend strategy with execution. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end operations on major e-commerce platforms including product listings, A+ content development, inventory/stock management, pricing strategies, and ad campaign execution. - Plan and execute high-performing marketing campaigns across digital channels: Sponsored Ads, Lightning Deals, Social Media, Paid Search, Email Marketing, and more. - Drive SEO/SEM optimization across both website and marketplaces to improve visibility, traffic, and conversions. - Collaborate with design/content teams to build engaging and brand-aligned content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms. - Analyze performance data from tools like Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Hub, Klaviyo, etc., to generate insights and optimize campaigns. - Monitor category trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI. - Work closely with sales, supply chain, and creative teams to align e-commerce goals with overall business objectives. What We Are Looking For: - 4-7 years of proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, preferably in a consumer/retail/FMCG/D2C environment. - Strong hands-on experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other marketplace accounts. - Expertise in Google Ads, SEO/SEM, campaign analytics, and CRM/marketing automation tools. - Ability to conceptualize and execute data-driven campaigns with measurable business impact. - A creative and performance-focused professional who understands both brand building and growth marketing. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
