The Opportunity This is a foundational role for a data-driven and ambitious growth leader. As the Head of Growth, you will be the architect of our demand engine, responsible for one thing: acquiring qualified homebuyers. You will have complete ownership of the strategies and channels that connect aspiring homeowners with their dream properties. What You'll Do - Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute a multi-channel growth strategy to generate a consistent and high-quality pipeline of homebuyers. - Build a Channel Partner Ecosystem: Design, launch, and scale a robust network of channel partners (brokers & agents). You will build relationships, create incentive structures, and manage this ecosystem to become a primary lead source. - Content & Social Acquisition: Spearhead our buyer acquisition strategy on YouTube and Instagram. Create and optimize content (property tours, educational videos, testimonials) that directly addresses the needs of people searching for a home online. - Paid Marketing Funnel: Architect and manage a highly efficient, cost-effective paid marketing funnel across platforms like Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram), obsessively tracking and improving CPA, CPL, and ROAS. - Data-Driven Decisions: Live and breathe data. You will own the analytics for the demand side of the business, using insights to drive strategy, optimize campaigns, and report on all key performance indicators to the founding team. What We're Looking For - Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in a growth marketing or demand generation role, preferably in Prop-Tech, Real Estate, FinTech, or a high-ticket B2C industry. - Analytical Prowess: Exceptional analytical skills with a deep understanding of marketing analytics, attribution models, and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics). - Channel Expertise: Demonstrated success in building and scaling channel partner or affiliate programs from the ground up. - Digital Marketing Master: Hands-on expertise in managing performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with a track record of optimizing for conversions and cost. - Content Acumen: A strong understanding of how to leverage video-first platforms like YouTube and Instagram for lead generation and brand building. About Us : Openhouse is a modern children's learning center offering a holistic blend of preschool, daycare, and extracurricular programs under one roof. Founded by Stanford alumni, we are committed to providing a nurturing environment that fosters creativity, curiosity, and confidence in children aged 1 to 10 years. With 10 centers across Bangalore, we are expanding rapidly to meet the growing demand for quality early childhood education. Backed by Series B funding from GSV Ventures, Accel, and Matrix Partners, Openhouse is poised for significant growth and innovation in the education sector. Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced BTL Marketing Manager with 2-3 years of relevant hands-on experience in driving local marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of retail partnerships, outdoor advertising, and hyperlocal initiatives. You will be responsible for creating and executing effective BTL strategies that connect Openhouse with our target audience on a local level. Your role will involve direct interaction with local vendors, stakeholders, and partners to implement campaigns and drive brand awareness. Key Responsibilities : - Campaign Execution: Lead and execute BTL marketing campaigns across 10 locations, ensuring alignment with Openhouse's brand values and objectives. - This includes managing and delivering campaigns across retail partnerships, apartment complexes, hoardings, and other hyperlocal platforms. - Retail & Partnership Management: Build and nurture relationships with local retail partners and influencers. - Develop creative ways to integrate Openhouse's offerings within their environments to increase awareness and drive foot traffic. - Outdoor & On-ground Marketing: Oversee the planning and execution of hoarding campaigns, banners, flyers, and other outdoor advertising initiatives to ensure visibility and impact within each location. - Community Engagement: Organize and coordinate hyperlocal activations, such as apartment campaigns, school tie-ups, local events, and pop-up activations, to drive footfall and build brand awareness at the grassroots level. - Budget Management: Effectively manage and track campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes. - Report regularly on the effectiveness of each campaign. - Analytics & Reporting: Measure and analyze the performance of BTL campaigns across various locations. - Adjust strategies as needed to improve engagement and ROI. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (including digital marketing, PR, and sales) to ensure seamless integration of online and offline campaigns. - Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Liaise with vendors, printers, and local partners to ensure timely delivery and execution of campaign materials. - Negotiate deals and manage contracts as required. Ideal Candidate : Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in executing and managing BTL campaigns, including retail partnerships, apartment and locality-based marketing, outdoor advertising, and event management. Skills : Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Hands-on approach to campaign execution, from planning to on-ground implementation. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with local vendors and partners. Ability to work independently and manage campaigns across different locations. Analytical mindset to evaluate and report on campaign effectiveness. Knowledge : Familiarity with hyperlocal marketing channels and platforms. Good understanding of local trends, consumer behavior, and how to effectively engage with a target audience. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Flexibility: Ability to travel across locations as needed to oversee campaign execution and troubleshoot issues in real time.
