About the job: We're Hiring: Marketing Lead | Olive Group Olive Group is on the lookout for a Marketing Lead to drive strategy, storytelling, and brand-building across our portfolio of iconic F&B and lifestyle concepts in Mumbai. From launching buzzworthy experiences to cultivating long-term brand love, this role calls for someone who blends strategy, creativity, and flawless execution-and thrives in fast-paced, visually driven environments. What You'll Do? - Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across Olive's F&B and lifestyle brands. - Define brand positioning, lead storytelling, and craft content strategies for digital and offline channels. - Manage marketing calendars, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand collaborations. - Lead social media, influencer marketing, PR, and brand partnerships. - Analyze campaign performance, report on key metrics, and optimize based on insights. - Collaborate with culinary, creative, ops, and events teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences. You Bring: - 3-5 years of marketing experience (hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, or luxury preferred). - A keen eye for aesthetics, design, and brand tone across digital and real-world touchpoints. - Proven ability to run social campaigns, event launches, and strategic partnerships. - Leadership skills with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach.
