About the job Client- MNC Bank Role - Test Project Manager Location- Pune Prefer - 30-45 Day notice period Job Description : We are seeking a Test Project Manager (PM) to support the Testing Manager on a large-scale GMI replacement programme. The role will focus on coordinating end-to-end testing activities, ensuring readiness across stakeholders, and driving successful execution of the testing strategy. This is a critical role in a high-profile transformation programme impacting futures and listed derivatives businesses. Key Responsibilities - Work closely with the Testing Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee all testing activities for the GMI to XTP migration. - Manage test planning, execution tracking, defect triage, and reporting across multiple workstreams. - Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with Operations, Product, and Technology stakeholders. - Maintain clear test governance, documentation, and adherence to programme timelines. - Support environment planning, data readiness, and cutover simulation testing. - Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating and driving mitigations. - Ensure business users, product managers, and operations are fully engaged in test cycles. - Produce status reporting for senior stakeholders, highlighting progress, blockers, and readiness for migration. Skills & Experience - Strong background in - test/project management- within large-scale technology or transformation programmes within a Tier 1 Bank. - Markets experience is preferred, ideally in Futures and listed derivatives Operations or Product functions. - Demonstrated experience coordinating testing cycles, defect management, and test governance. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business, operations, and technology. - Experience with migration programmes (e.g., GMI, XTP, or other post-trade platforms) preferred. - Ability to work under pressure in a time-critical environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree (Finance, Business, or Technology preferred). - ISTQB or equivalent testing certification advantageous. - Project management qualification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile) desirable.

Job Title: Relationship Manager - Home Loans Location: Bangalore (Local candidates only; no relocation) Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Relationship Manager to drive home loan sales in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial product sales, proven experience in building and managing DSA (Direct Selling Agent) networks, and the ability to close deals effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales of home loan products through DSAs and direct channels. - Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with DSAs and other sales partners. - Guide and support DSAs in achieving business targets. - Negotiate and close deals effectively while ensuring compliance with company policies. - Monitor market trends, interest rates, and competitor offerings to stay ahead. - Prepare regular reports and forecasts on sales performance. - Provide mentorship and support to sales agents to enhance productivity. Eligibility Criteria: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Home Loan Sales / Financial Product Sales. - Candidates with 6+ months of experience in Home Loans will also be considered. - Prior experience in managing DSAs or sales teams is an added advantage. - MBA preferred.
