Content Creation: - Develop and write press releases, articles, and other content for both traditional and digital media. - Create compelling storytelling content that aligns with the company's messaging and values. - Manage and update content on the company's website and social media platforms. Event Management: - Plan and execute press conferences, product launches, and other PR events. - Coordinate media attendance and coverage for events. - Ensure a positive and consistent brand representation at all events. Crisis Communication: - Develop crisis communication plans and act as a spokesperson during crisis situations. - Work closely with senior management to address and mitigate potential reputational issues Collaboration: - Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and corporate communications, to align PR strategies with overall business goals. - Provide PR support for marketing campaigns and initiatives. Measurement and Reporting: - Track and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns. - Prepare regular reports on key PR metrics and share insights with the management team. Responsibilities: - Conduct market studies and identify opportunities by being a diligent marketing brand specialist - Undertake brand reputation projects and figure out the brand positioning - Design brand communication strategies along with the brand director and use the right media to communicate them - Adhere to established budgets, estimates and performance indicators - Measure success and produce reports on how a campaign did, keeping in mind KPIs and ROIs - Devise further growth strategies, and implement them from a brand innovation managers point of view

Job Title : Head - Quality Assurance - Real Estate Department : Quality / Technical Location : Chennai, India Reports To : Director - Operations / Managing Director Position Overview: The Head - Quality Assurance will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and monitoring quality standards across all construction projects. The role ensures adherence to design specifications, regulatory requirements, and organizational quality benchmarks while driving a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. Key Responsibilities: Quality Strategy & Leadership: - Develop and implement the organization's Quality Assurance policy, systems, and procedures in alignment with ISO and other industry standards. - Lead, guide, and mentor the QA/QC team across multiple project sites. - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and audit mechanisms for continuous quality monitoring. Quality Control & Compliance: - Ensure all construction materials, workmanship, and processes meet approved drawings, specifications, and statutory codes. - Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality reviews to ensure compliance with standards. - Oversee material testing, third-party inspections, and documentation as per regulatory and company requirements. Process Improvement & Standardization: - Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans. - Standardize QA/QC checklists, formats, and reporting systems across all projects. - Drive root cause analysis for recurring defects and implement preventive strategies. Coordination & Stakeholder Management: - Collaborate with the Design, Project Execution, and Procurement teams to ensure quality is built into every stage of construction. - Liaise with consultants, clients, and statutory authorities for technical and quality-related approvals. Provide technical support and training to project teams on quality standards and best practices. Documentation & Reporting: - Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality plans, test results, audits, and non-conformance reports (NCRs). - Prepare and present periodic quality reports to management, highlighting key issues and improvement measures. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's / Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. - Minimum 15-20 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in large-scale residential or commercial construction projects. - Hands-on experience with ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems and relevant construction codes (IS/ NBC/ BIS). - Strong knowledge of material testing standards, auditing practices, and site quality control procedures. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams. - Proficient in MS Office, QA/QC documentation, and construction management tools. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to achieving high-quality outcomes.
