Job Title: Publisher Development Manager - App Monetization About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and driven Publisher Development Manager to grow App monetization business. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing app publishers, helping them maximize revenue by leveraging our ad demand and monetization expertise. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and reach out to app publishers across verticals (gaming, utility, entertainment, etc.) across suggested geos. - Pitch our monetization solutions and successfully onboard publishers. - Guide publishers through integration and required setup. - Build strong, long-term relationships with publishers. - Monitor performance KPIs - traffic, eCPM, fill rate, etc. - Discuss various ad formats and placements among publishers to increase the business. - Collaborate with internal ad ops to get the publisher problems solved. - Stay updated with market trends to identify new growth opportunities. - Provide regular updates to internal teams on publisher portfolio growth and revenue performance. Qualifications: - 4-8 years of experience in publisher development, especially App monetization. - Strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem: mediation platforms, SSPs, DSPs, in-app bidding. - Strong communication is a must with an ability for negotiation and relationship management skills. - Analytical mindset with comfort in interpreting monetization data and KPIs. - Experience in mobile gaming or utility apps.
