Description: About the job Roles and Responsibilities: Budgeting, Forecasting, and Analysis: - Build annual Opex, Capex, and Cashflow budgets. - Build quarterly forecast. - Build scenario analysis and provide structured solutions. Finance Partnering: - Build pricing for new services and review pricing of existing service contracts. - Structure and set up new service contracts in collaboration with other functions and business stakeholders. - Manage service contracts to make sure of adherence to the terms. - Provides inputs and feedback for the right structuring of the contracts, cost centers, and profit centers. Management Reporting: - Build and periodically publish dashboards on financial performance and metrics. - Provides financial results to the stakeholders on Actual, Forecast, and Budgets along with analysis. - Identify variances and provide analysis for action. - Establish allocation keys to enable cost analysis. - Review periodically accounting results and provide feedback for correction. Process: - Bring in best practices, controls, and automation in helping productivity and efficiency, support corporate initiatives, including implementations, transformation, etc. - Maintain high standards and quality of the financial reporting process. Desired candidate profile: - Qualified CA with 5 - 6 years of proven work experience in the same role (or) an MBA with minimum of 7 - 10 years of relevant work experience with an MNC managing multiple cost centers and multiple BUs. - Strong accounting knowledge (India or International GAAP) and articulation skills to explain impact of accounting treatments on financial performance. - Familiar with cross-border transactions in particular Transfer Pricing. - Working experience in dealing with senior management in the organization. - Strong knowledge in Financial Planning and Analysis. - Strong knowledge of Office Applications viz Excel, Word, etc. - Working experience on ERPs like Oracle, SAP, etc. - Working experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders internal and external. - Ability to handle the role independently, strong team player, flexible on work hours and able to work under pressure. - What is your expected CTC (LPA)?

Lufthansa Technik - Financial Planning Manager 

Role & responsibilities: - Lead, motivate and develop employees. Be actively involved in team/people/process management. - Drive process and KPIs. Ensure a very high level of quality and reliability of the services. Take full ownership and responsibility towards all internal customers and prioritize tasks. - Conduct 1:1 reviews. Assign tasks and drive individual means to support and guide each employee, including annual appraisals and regular personnel exchange. - Assume commercial responsibility by selecting, approving and implementing process improvements based on an economic evaluation of cost and benefits. - To be actively involved in quality and performance management of the process and bring about tangible improvements. - Take initiative to learn the process and build the knowledge so that the team has confidence in the leader. - Conduct regular review meetings and process review with stake holders. - Perform special tasks, handle projects with full responsibility. - Conduct regular internal customer interviews and ensure a high level of internal customer satisfaction. Preferred candidate profile - Minimum 7+ years of total experience. - Previous experience of BPO/ITES/KPO/Technical/Engineering Services is required. - Good communication skills- speaking, reading & writing skills. - Flexible with working hours as per process requirements. Open for shifts. - Ability to guide / mentor employees. Abilities to include but not limited to - Decision Making, problem solving, Working under stress, time management, multi-tasking, customer centric, persuasiveness and assertiveness. Independent and systematic work with changing requirements. - Prepared for extensive travelling for training and other purposes if need be. - Ability to handle High volumes and pressure. - Knowledge of MS Office Work, Excel , PPT. - Education: University Degree or a graduate engineer (Mechanical/Aeronautical/Transportation/etc.) is must. Master in (Business Administration/Operations/etc.) would be an added advantage. - Confident appearance & excellent communication skills at all levels within a business & client facing skills. - Ability to structure, disposition and planning of complex workflows and issues. Experience in change processes desired. - Resilient, outgoing personality with strong problem identification and solving skills and a good sense of judgment.
