Senior Consultant - Financial Systems About the Job: We're looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional with 10+ years of experience in financial and controlling solutions, including at least four full project life cycles. You will be responsible for leading sub-projects, collaborating with an international team, and delivering high-quality solutions. Your excellent presentation and collaboration skills will be key to understanding critical points and managing meetings effectively. Responsibilities: - Active participation in our accounts payable process project, helping to shape the future of our company's financial operations. - Analyze, design, and implement solutions for key business processes, ensuring they align with our strategic goals. - Take full ownership of the implementation process, from gathering initial business requirements to the final production release. - Create comprehensive documentation and presentations to clearly communicate the business value of proposed solutions. - Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration across all systems. - Prepare functional concepts for system integration with other enterprise applications. - Provide ongoing support to business operations by resolving incidents, bugs, and malfunctions. Specific Expectations: - Accounts Payable Expertise: You'll have an excellent understanding of the accounts payable process, allowing you to identify current gaps and propose effective, standard solutions. - Process Analysis: You can analyze complex processes impacting financial and managerial accounting, such as purchase returns, period-end activities, and goods receipt/invoice receipt clearing. - Integration Knowledge: You have a solid grasp of integration technologies, including APIs and EDI, as well as experience with various integration suites. - OCR Experience: Experience working with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) applications is required. - Bank Application Expertise: You are an expert in bank application functionalities, including DME (Data Medium Exchange) and bank reconciliation. Knowledge of cash concentration is a significant advantage. - Controlling Module Expertise: Possess deep knowledge of controlling structures, objects, planning, and actual processes. You can effectively analyze business structures and processes to determine the best-matched controlling objects. - Profit Center Management: You're skilled in defining profit center structures and rules, along with splitting modules to prepare statutory financial reports
