This role involves deep collaboration with the CEO and National Sales Head to track people and performance metrics, identify productivity levers, and enable data-backed decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capability with business understanding, helping to align HR initiatives with revenue outcomes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Workforce & Productivity Analytics: - Track, analyze, and report key sales productivity metrics - revenue per employee, conversion ratios, lead-to-sale efficiency, and sales cycle time. - Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve sales effectiveness through data insights. - Develop dashboards and reports for leadership to monitor performance across teams and regions. 2. HR Data & Performance Insights: - Partner with HR and Sales teams to design performance KPIs aligned with business goals. - Analyze employee performance, attrition, hiring effectiveness, and engagement data to understand their impact on sales productivity. - Provide actionable insights to optimize team structures, incentives, and training interventions. 3. Tools, Systems & Process Optimization: - Implement and manage HR analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting platforms (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.). - Streamline data collection and reporting processes for accuracy and timeliness. -Collaborate with the Tech team to enhance integration between HRIS, CRM, and Sales systems. 5.
