Associate Project Lead Title: Associate Project Lead Location: Navi Mumbai, India Experience: 5-7 years Job Summary We're looking for an experienced Associate Project Lead to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading small to medium-sized projects from initiation to completion. You'll be responsible for overseeing project plans, managing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, all while maintaining high standards of quality. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities - Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. - Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a project team, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment. - Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and performance. - Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project delivery. - Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial goals are met. - Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational goals. - Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to senior management. Required Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. - 5-7 years of experience in a project management role. - Proven ability to manage projects from conception to completion. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project). - PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus
