Sales Manager Experience : 5- 8 years Location : Indore We are seeking a highly driven Sales Manager to lead IT Sales. - The ideal candidate will have a proven background in enterprise sales, strong relationships with senior decision-makers, and the ability to manage long and complex sales cycles. - This role is critical in expanding our market footprint, driving revenue growth, and building strategic client partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Meet and exceed sales targets by strategically selling IT solutions to enterprise clients. - Identify, develop, and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and industry relationships. - Deliver compelling sales presentations, demos, and workshops tailored to client needs and industry challenges. - Lead commercial discussions, respond to RFPs, negotiate contracts, and close deals with favorable terms. - Collaborate internally with marketing, customer success, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment on sales strategy and client delivery. - Maintain an active sales pipeline, monitor sales activities, and provide accurate and timely forecasts to leadership. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Strong experience in enterprise sales, preferably selling complex IT infrastructure, enterprise software, or cybersecurity solutions. - Proven ability to manage long sales cycles end-to-end-from lead generation to closure. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and persuasively. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related fields. - High level of drive, ownership, and customer orientation.

Manager - Sales - IT 

Key Responsibilities: - Own and meet or exceed sales targets through strategic selling of IT solutions to enterprise clients in the West region. - Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships in the market. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers, including CISOs, CTOs, and IT directors, ensuring their continued trust and business. - Deliver tailored sales presentations, product demos, and workshops to key stakeholders, showcasing the value of our cybersecurity solutions. - Lead negotiations, respond to RFPs, manage contracts, and close sales while ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company. - Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and product management, to ensure alignment on sales strategies, marketing materials, and the execution of client engagements. - Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, track sales activities, and provide accurate sales forecasts to the management team on a regular basis. Skills: - Experience in enterprise sales, with a strong track record of success in selling complex IT solutions or cybersecurity services to large organizations. - Proven experience managing long sales cycles, including lead generation, prospecting, solution selling, negotiation, and closing. - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and persuasive manner. - Master's or bachelors degree in business, technology, or any related field is preferred.
