Hiring: SEO Head - GemPundit Location: 312-316, 3rd Floor, Vipul Agora, MG Road, Sector 28, Gurugram, Haryana Compensation: up-to 25 LPA (Not a Bar for the right candidate) GemPundit, one of the world's leading gemstone e-commerce brands, is looking for a seasoned SEO leader to drive our global organic growth strategy. If you have deep expertise in scaling SEO for high-traffic digital businesses and are ready to take full ownership of the function, we'd love to connect. Role: SEO Head Key Requirements: - Minimum 5+ years of core SEO experience - Overall exposure may include a mix of agency + product roles (not purely agency) - Strong experience in E-commerce or Lead-generation environments - Demonstrated track record of driving competitive SEO success - Proven success in Off Page-On Page SEO - Highly systematic, process-driven, and organized Roles and Responsibilities: Experience & Background: - Minimum 5+ years of core SEO experience, with a strong preference for candidates having 810 years of progressive responsibility in SEO roles. - Background should not be purely agency-focused; we are looking for professionals with a balanced mix of agency and product-side experience, who understand both delivery efficiency and long-term business impact. Domain Expertise: - Strong experience working in E-commerce or Lead-Generationdriven environments, with a solid understanding of buyer journeys, high-intent traffic acquisition, and conversion funnels. - Hands-on expertise in Technical SEO, On-page optimization, Off-page/link-building strategy, Site architecture, Crawl optimization, and Structured data implementation. Performance & Achievements: - A proven track record of driving competitive SEO success, including ranking improvement for high-volume keywords, increasing organic visibility, delivering measurable traffic growth, and contributing to revenue impact. - Experience handling competitive markets, international SEO, and scaling SEO efforts for high-traffic websites is highly preferred. Analytical & Strategic Ability: - Strong command over data-driven decision-making with deep knowledge of tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar. - Ability to create long-term SEO roadmaps, prioritize initiatives based on effort vs impact, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Content, Tech, and Product. Working Style & Skills: - Highly systematic, structured, and organized in work approach candidates with a DiSC C score of 4+ are ideal. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain SEO concepts to non-technical teams. - Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to lead, mentor, and guide a growing SEO team. Manager - Performance Marketing/Pay Per Click Description: The individual oversees all aspects of pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various digital platforms. They play a pivotal role in driving traffic, increasing conversions, and optimizing return on investment (ROI) through strategic PPC initiatives. With a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous KEY RESPONSIBILITIES PPC Strategy Development: - Develops and implements comprehensive PPC strategies tailored to the company's objectives and target audience. - They conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and improvement. - By setting clear goals and KPIs, they ensure that PPC campaigns align with business goals and deliver measurable results. Campaign Management and Optimization: - Manages all aspects of PPC campaigns, including budget allocation, ad copywriting, and bid management. - They continuously monitor campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA), and make data-driven adjustments to optimize campaign performance. - By conducting A/B testing and performance analysis, they identify trends and opportunities for improvement to maximize ROI. Budget Management and Reporting: - Responsible for budget allocation and management across PPC campaigns, ensuring that spending aligns with campaign objectives and ROI targets. - They prepare regular performance reports and analytics dashboards to track key metrics and provide insights into campaign effectiveness. - By analyzing campaign data and trends, they identify areas for optimization and provide recommendations for future campaign strategies. Collaboration and Communication: - Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and analytics, is essential for the PPC Manager. - They communicate campaign strategies, performance updates, and optimization recommendations to stakeholders, fostering alignment and transparency. - By staying informed about industry trends and platform updates, they ensure that PPC campaigns remain innovative and competitive in the digital landscape.
