Job Title: Assistant Account Manager Locations: Pune and Vadodara Work Mode: Work From Office About the Role: We are seeking highly motivated Assistant Account Managers to join our growing team. This role is a dynamic blend of client success and performance analytics where you will be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring strong client relationships while delivering actionable business insights. Youll work directly with US-based clients to manage accounts, drive engagement, and contribute to measurable business outcomes. 60% Account Management (relationship building, client servicing, growth enablement) 40% Performance Insights (data-driven reporting, dashboards, campaign optimization inputs) This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about client interaction, problem-solving, and leveraging data for impact. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned US-based client accounts. - Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth. - Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable strategies with internal teams. - Track, analyze, and interpret performance data; prepare and present dashboards, reports, and insights. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client queries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality outcomes. - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs and data insights. - Maintain and update records using CRM tools and account management software. - Ensure timely communication, project delivery, and reporting in alignment with client expectations. Qualifications & Skills: Must-Have: - 2 to 3 years of experience in account management, client success, sales support, or business development (MBA with specialization in Sales/Marketing Preferred) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact confidently with US clients. - Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar). - Comfort working with dashboards, reporting tools, and performance analytics. - Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects in a fast-paced environment. - Open to working from office in Pune or Vadodara. Good-to-Have: - Prior experience in a US client-facing role. - Exposure to SaaS, digital marketing, or B2B services. - Understanding of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio). - Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business recommendations

Product Manager II 5 to 9 Years Bengaluru (On-Site) At Exxat, a Product Manager owns a product or set of products. - Starting from UX to nuances around specific domains in the medical space, analysing customer feedback collected via multiple channels and worrying about adoption/market strategy. - As a product manager, you will work with several teams to define strategy and requirements and collaborate with your counterparts in India from design through delivery. - You will own milestones from concept through implementation. - You will work on identifying gaps in existing features based on client research and analysis. - You will dive deep, collect evidence, and analyse data to identify opportunities and refine long and short-term goals. - You will be working in a fast-paced environment on highly visible and exciting products that are doubling and trebling YoY. - This role involves more customer-facing product management than technology team-facing product management in general since it would be US based.
