Description: - What Youll Be Doing - Accounts Receivable collections for US based customers - Establish and ensure a consistent process is followed for dunning and restricting platform access for non payment - Full ownership over one of the most important parts of a business - collecting cash on time! - Submitting invoices within a portal (like Ariba) for our larger customers - Room for additional responsibilities as we establish good processes What Were Looking For: - Someone who enjoys collecting from and interacting with customers - Working knowledge of US GAAP, experience working with US entity - Experience with invoicing based on contractual obligations along with usage based billing, US Sales tax preferred - Experience with Quickbooks Online and Netsuite, migration between ERP systems, billing systems preferred - 4 year degree in Accounting/Finance - Some experience in an accounting or accounts receivable role preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stay organized and hit deadlines

At Esper, the Technical Customer Success Manager aka Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving customer success, revenue growth, and solution delivery. This is a hybrid role blending technical expertise with strategic account management, ensuring our customers gain maximum value from their investment in Espers solutions. The AM will own the post-sales journey for strategic accounts, combining solutioning with relationship management to drive adoption, expansion, and renewals. This role requires engaging closely with decision-makers and technical teams, solving complex technical challenges, and uncovering opportunities that grow our footprint with the customer. Must have flexibility to meet with customers with no travel restrictions. What you'll be doing - Lead Consultative Solution Design by leading and advising customers through owning onboarding, implementation, and device deployments across Android, iOS, and Linux. - Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities with key accounts. - Showcase business value by conducting impactful QBRs with decision makers and technical teams to align on ROI, feature requests and future growth. - Collaborate cross-functionally by partnering with Product & Engineering to resolve issues, influence roadmap, and improve offerings. - Hit revenue targets by managing renewals and expansions to achieve net revenue retention goals. - Monitor customer health by regularly tracking NPS, device counts, and usage metrics to ensure high customer satisfaction. - Upsell premium offerings to promote advanced features, higher SKUs along with professional services and other solutions. - Be the customer advocate and champion customer needs internally to drive product and service improvements. - Ensure seamless communication by facilitating effective, timely collaboration between customers and internal teams. What we're looking for - Youre scrappy, and driven and can stay abreast with quick-paced deal cycles and take ownership of your book of business with external and internal stakeholders. - 6+ years of experience, preferably an Engineering or technical degree with demonstrated success in SaaS technical sales, consulting and account management. Demonstrated experience in leveraging nuanced, technically complex products to drive business outcomes for clients & partners. - Strong technical acumen with mobile OS (Android/iOS/Linux), APIs, and device management is a plus. - Proven track record of performance in the top 10-20% of companies past sales positions - Excellent communication & relationship-building skills with a proven record of growing post-sales revenue.

Esper - Technical Customer Success Manager 

Esper is looking for an experienced software engineering Technical Program Manager, who is business strategy, process, and technically minded. This role will lead complex, cross functional technical programs and projects. In addition, this role will involve a hands-on approach to own and scale our Product Engineering processes and will need to be a self starter, and use a friendly, flexible approach in a process-light environment. What You'll Be Doing? - Directed cross-functional program delivery across engineering, product, QA, and operations, overseeing multiple large-scale technology initiatives. - Developed and executed program roadmaps aligned with strategic business goals, ensuring on-time delivery of mission-critical projects. - Managed end-to-end program lifecycle-from planning and requirements gathering to risk management, execution, and post-launch reviews. - Collaborated with executives to prioritise initiatives, resolve escalations, and maintain transparency through clear communication and reporting. - Scaled Agile program management frameworks, improving delivery predictability and cross-team collaboration. - Mentored engineers and product managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. - Defined and tracked OKRs and KPIs to measure success and align with broader business objectives. - Worked with technical leads to evaluate architecture decisions, resolve blockers, and ensure alignment between technical and business goals. Skills & Abilities: - B.tech/B.E degree preferred Computer Science/IT - 6-8+ years of industry experience in Software Industry - Minimum of 2-3 years of software engineer and 4-6 years of technical program/project management experience Bonus Points if You have: - Experience delivering and supporting a major software release - Certification in SAFe, Agile Leadership, ITIL - Excellent balance of interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills - Managing relationships with key partners or vendors - Ability to evangelize and represent a technical community - Experience managing cross-functional projects - Effective working and partnering with executive level staff - Ability to deal with ambiguity and create order out of chaos - Experience managing and tracking budgets - Experience as a software engineering manager - Proven experience in leading globally distributed teams.
