Job Title: Senior Human Resources Recruiter Location: Kerala Experience: 4-6 years Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, managing talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates for both Blue collar and white collar requirements across various roles within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: - Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Create compelling job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms (job boards, social media, and company website). - Source candidates through networking, online databases, and other innovative methods. Candidate Screening and Assessment: - Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for interviews. - Conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and interest in the role. - Organize and coordinate interviews with the hiring teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Offer Management: - Facilitate the offer process, including preparing offer letters and coordinating salary negotiations. - Conduct background checks and reference checks for prospective hires. On-boarding: - Support the on-boarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. - Assist in the preparation of on-boarding materials and training schedules.
