Target Industry would be AI/ML specifically. Reporting To: Senior Management Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and analytically strong Business Analyst lead to work directly with the Senior Management. The role will support business process improvement, data management, analytics, and performance tracking to drive seamless business management and productivity enhancements across the organisation. This position offers high visibility and an opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives at the leadership level. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with the Senior Management and under his guidance with leadership team to identify, streamline, and improve critical business processes. - Build robust analytics and dashboards to enable real-time monitoring of productivity, performance metrics, and budget deployment. - Assist in the development and automation of management reporting for ongoing reviews and decision-making. - Consolidate and clean data from multiple sources to create structured, actionable insights for business improvement. - Support data-driven decision-making by providing timely, accurate, and well-presented analyses. - Drive initiatives to improve data management practices across functions. - Contribute to the design and implementation of budget deployment tracking tools. - Take ownership of assigned projects and work with leadership to create solutions for efficiency and performance improvement. Technical Skills - Proficiency in Advanced Excel (modelling, data management, macros, etc.). - Strong proficiency in Power BI or equivalent dashboarding tools. - Strong analytical capability with a structured problem-solving mindset. - Ability to manage and clean large data sets and convert them into meaningful insights. - Having working knowledge of data management will be an asset, as some assignments may involve Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects.
