Description: Job Title: Marketing Head Location: Pune Experience: 10 + years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head to lead and oversee our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring brand consistency, and making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance. This leadership role requires close collaboration with sales and other departments to align marketing efforts with overarching business goals. The Marketing Head will also be responsible for developing and managing the marketing budget, monitoring expenditures, and tracking return on investment (ROI). Regular reporting on key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management is essential. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: - Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including digital platforms, social media, email marketing, and events. - Ensure each campaign aligns with the company's strategic objectives and resonates with the target audience.
