About the Role: The Shared Service Program Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple related initiatives that sit within the Engineering function including cross-functional initiatives such as those that streamline internal operations and support organizational effectiveness. The position requires coordinating internal teams across departments, managing change management, and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities while maintaining oversight of budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. Key Position Responsibilities Include: Program Planning & Strategy: - Define internal program vision and objectives aligned with organizational efficiency and employee experience goals. - Develop comprehensive program roadmaps for internal initiatives (internal systems, operational improvements, digital transformation, etc. - Identify and manage interdependencies between internal projects and business operations. - Establish program governance structures and change management frameworks for internal shared service initiatives. - Collaborate with Engineering department leaders to prioritize internal improvement initiatives. Program Execution & Delivery: - Oversee execution of multiple concurrent projects ensuring coordination and integration. - Monitor program progress against milestones, budgets, and quality standards. - Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks and issues. - Facilitate decision-making and remove blockers to maintain program momentum. - Ensure effective resource allocation across initiatives. Stakeholder Management: - Build and maintain relationships with internal Engineering heads and business unit leaders. - Communicate program status and impacts to internal stakeholders across all organizational levels. - Manage change adoption and address resistance from internal teams. - Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and alignment. - Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to ensure transparency. Required Experience and Qualifications: - 5+ years of project or program management experience with focus on internal initiatives. - Minimum 3 years managing internal programs affecting multiple departments. - Expert knowledge of program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). - Exceptional organizational and time management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Outstanding communication skills across all organizational levels. - Excellent stakeholder management and internal negotiation skills. - Risk management and mitigation skills. - Cultural sensitivity and ability to work across diverse internal teams. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Release Manager to oversee and coordinate the software release lifecycle across our organization. This role is critical in ensuring smooth, reliable, and timely delivery of software releases to production environments while maintaining quality and minimizing risk. Key Position Responsibilities Include: Release Planning & Coordination: - Develop and maintain the release schedule, coordinating with product management, development, QA, and operations teams. - Create and manage release plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and dependencies. - Chair release readiness meetings and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on release objectives and status. - Manage multiple concurrent releases across different product lines or environments. Process Management: - Establish and continuously improve release management processes, procedures, and best practices. - Define and enforce release policies, standards, and governance frameworks. - Create and maintain comprehensive release documentation and runbooks. Risk Management & Quality Assurance: - Identify and mitigate release risks, developing contingency and rollback plans. - Coordinate go/no-go decision meetings with key stakeholders. - Ensure proper testing, validation, and sign-off procedures are followed before releases. - Track and report on release metrics, including success rates, defects, and post-release issues. Communication & Stakeholder Management: - Serve as the primary point of contact for all release-related communications. - Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders on release progress and issues. - Coordinate with technical support and customer success teams on release communications. - Manage change advisory board (CAB) processes where applicable. Required Experience and Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience. - 5+ years of experience in software release management or related roles. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Experience with version control systems (preferably GitHub) and branching strategies. - Proficiency with CI/CD tools, preferably Azure DevOps. - Knowledge of deployment automation and infrastructure as code concepts. - Experience with release management and project management tools (Jira, ServiceNow, etc. - Understanding of cloud platforms (preferably Azure). - Familiarity with scripting languages for automation. - Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools for post-release validation. - Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence without direct authority. - Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
