Job Title - Zonal Manager Division/Department - Sales and Marketing Industry Type - Agri Inputs (Fertilizer and Pesticides) Location/No of Openings - Karnataka (Bagalore Rural-HQ) Years of Experience : 10 -15 years Language : Kannada, English. Reports To Associate Vice President JD: - Responsible for the Sales and Collections for their respective Zone(Chamrajanagar,Chikkaballapura,Chitradurga,Hoskote,Doddaballapur,Kolar,Mysore,Madhug ri ) / geography assigned. - Business Development through appointing Distributors / Dealers in the new areas and achieving business growth within the Zone. KRA: 1. Strategy Planning, Implementing, monitoring execution for sales and collection growth for the Zone. 2. Responsible to achieve assigned targets in the Zone. 3. Maintains relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer relations programs, annual meetings, trade associations, and Seminars. 4. Maintains marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. 5. Completes marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results. 6. Influencing the present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends. Knowledge, IT Skills & Abilities : XL, WORD, PPT and Data Management.
