Job Description: Lead global talent acquisition for our IT company targeting 2,000+ employees. Own recruitment strategy, build and manage a high-performing TA team, and ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable hiring across regions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute global hiring strategy aligned with business growth. - Lead end-to-end recruitment across North America, US, Canada, EMEA, APAC, and India. - Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing global TA team. - Ensure compliance with Canadian and international employment laws. - Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to forecast hiring needs. - Drive employer branding and positive candidate experience initiatives. - Monitor recruitment KPIs: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire. - Leverage ATS and analytics for insights and process optimization. - Manage external partners (agencies, universities) for critical talent pipelines. - Preparing the quarterly incentives and ensuring the timely disbursement. Additional Responsibilities: - Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the onshore HR team, ensuring smooth coordination and communication. - Coordinate and manage asset allocation and onboarding arrangements for new joiners. - Demonstrate strong stakeholder management by collaborating effectively with Legal, HR Operations, employees, and the Leadership team. - Liaise with the Legal team to ensure candidates meet Canadian employment and immigration compliance requirements. - Oversee and support Canada immigration processes for new hires and existing employees ensuring adherence to all statutory and regulatory guidelines. Key Skills & Competencies: - Proven global TA leadership experience in technology/IT services. - Strong knowledge of Canadian and international labor laws. - Excellent stakeholder management and business partnership skills. - Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools (CEIPAL, MS-Office Suite). - Data-driven, strategic, and capable of scaling fast-growing teams. - System for Calls Management and Tracking. - TA System for End-to-End Job Management. - Review performance efficiency of existing team members. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors or Masters in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - 8-12 years experience in TA, including 35 years in global leadership. - Experience in scaling teams for tech/IT organizations. - Exposure to employer branding, digital recruitment, and diversity hiring is preferred.

Experience Required: 10+ years relevant experience in HR Operations Job type: Full-time Job Location: India - Remote / visit our Gujarat office as required Job Description: We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee and streamline HR operations across global locations. The role focuses on compliance, employee lifecycle, process improvement, and data-driven HR delivery. Key Skills & Competencies: - Expertise in HR operations, statutory compliance, and HRMS platforms. - Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and process orientation. - Ability to manage teams in a global IT setup. - Already worked in a US-based organization and aware of the operations. HR Operations & Compliance: - Oversee employee lifecycle management from onboarding to exit. - Ensure accurate data management across all of HR systems and employee data. - Ensure compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, LWF, labour acts). - Coordinate with Finance and Legal for audits and payroll compliance. - Maintain organizational structure accuracy and updates. Employee Experience & Engagement: - Drive onboarding, offboarding, engagement, and recognition initiatives. - Build an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture. Performance & Policy Management: - Driving yearly goal setting, annual appraisal, and performance review process cycles, and policy updates. - Establish an employee grievance process and sustain it by seamless execution. Reporting & Analytics: - Prepare monthly dashboards and analytics for headcount, attrition, and other HR activities. - Support leadership with data insights for strategic decisions. Stakeholder Management: - Partner with business, IT, Finance, and Legal teams for operational efficiency. - Manage stakeholder communication and resolve HR queries proactively. Statutory Compliance: - Oversee timely filing and audit readiness for all labour laws. - Ensure POSH committee establishment and compliance adherence. Additional Responsibilities: - Serve as HR SPOC for leadership communication and initiatives. - Coordinate quarterly townhalls and internal communication forums. - Should have the HR tools knowledge of Greythr and Smartsheet - Oversee the travel arrangements and ensure the timely delivery of the team member. - Travel to our office in Gujarat on quarterly basis. Qualifications & Experience: - Masters in HR / Business Administration or related field. - 10+ years experience in HR operations with minimum 3-4 years in leading a team. - Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws and exposure to global HR practices. - Experience in process automation and HR digital transformation
