Senior Manager Finance

You will ensure compliance with all financial regulations, prepare detailed financial reports, conduct risk management, and provide strategic financial recommendations to support sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities aligned with company goals. - Prepare and present accurate financial reports including profit & loss, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analysis. - Ensure compliance with statutory financial regulations and internal policies. - Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to safeguard company assets. - Provide strategic insights and financial recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and drive cost efficiencies. - Monitor financial metrics, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement. - Manage relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. - Utilize financial software and tools to maintain accurate and timely financial records. Qualifications - Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. - Master's or Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. - Strong expertise in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning & analysis (FP&A). - Proven experience in preparing financial reports and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. - Solid knowledge of risk management and strategic financial planning. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and work within a team environment. - Proficiency in financial software and tools (ERP systems, Excel, etc.). - Additional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CMA are a plus.
