Overview: - We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager - Country Operations to lead and oversee the financial operations of our India entity. - This leadership role involves high accountability in statutory compliance, ERP implementation, reporting, and regional alignment. - The candidate will serve as a key business partner, ensuring financial governance while driving efficiency and supporting the company's growth strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Lead statutory compliance, internal audits, and robust financial controls in accordance with Indian regulations and global standards. - Oversee implementation, integration, and continuous enhancement of ERP systems to streamline finance operations. - Prepare, consolidate, and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and regional teams. -Drive end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to support strategic decision-making. - Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health of the entity. - Build and manage relationships with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions. - Lead and mentor junior finance team members, ensuring high performance and compliance standards. - Support cross-border finance projects, policy rollouts, and regional reporting requirements. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA/ACCA/CPA mandatory. - 6-10 years of relevant experience in finance operations, reporting, compliance, and ERP projects; prior team leadership experience preferred. - Strong expertise in IFRS, Indian tax laws, and multinational reporting frameworks. - Demonstrated ability to manage compliance, reporting, and operational finance in a global environment. - Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite or equivalent). - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. - Strong leadership and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines

Overview: - We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager - Finance to support the finance operations of our India entity. - This role provides exposure to statutory compliance, financial reporting, ERP implementation, and close collaboration with regional finance leadership. - The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, hands-on operational skills, and a commitment to ensuring financial integrity in a fast-paced multinational environment. Key Responsibilities: - Support statutory compliance, internal audits, and financial control processes as per Indian regulations and group standards. - Assist in the implementation and optimization of ERP systems for finance operations. - Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review. - Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities. - Monitor accounts payable, receivable, and working capital processes to ensure efficiency. - Liaise with auditors, consultants, and external stakeholders for compliance and reporting requirements. - Collaborate with cross-border teams to support regional reporting and finance projects.
